CONSERVATION REBATES

Foothill Municipal Water District (FMWD) participates in a Regional Conservation Rebate Program through the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (MWD).  Please visit www.socalwatersmart.com for eligibility and rebate application requirements and procedures or www.fmwd.com/conservation.aspx.  The following is a list of devices currently available in the FMWD service area:

Flow-Sensing Shut-off Device

Application & Requirements

Flow sensing shut-off devices are useful tools to prevent water waste from sudden leaks by automatically shutting off the water when a leak occurs within an irrigation system, as well as within a home

Hot Water Recirculation System

$75 each

Application & Requirements

A hot-water recirculation system is a small water pump that works in conjunction with a plumbing system and a hot water heater
