Drought and environmental lawsuits have led to cuts in imported water supplies. Developing smart and sustainable new local water supplies is more important than ever to make up for these losses. Foothill Municipal Water District, working with the Foothill family of water agencies, has developed a local water supply program to meet the long-term water supply needs of our communities, and to upgrade the water system to reliably deliver the necessary supply.
